Am I going to be a chef? No. There's three weeks left of school, give me a fuckin' break! I'm sorry for cursing."

Alright so I'd like to start off this post by saying that I'm in no way, shape or form a chef. In fact on a scale from 1 to 10, (with Paula Deen being a 10, love her) I'm about a negative 3.

That being said, I discovered a recipe on the back of the French's French Fried Onions can that I can not only rustle up (and not screw up), but I actually can enjoy it! You may have seen it before. Here it is friends:

Ingredients:

2 cups (4 oz.) FRENCH'S® Original or Cheddar French Fried Onions

2 tbsp. all-purpose flour

4 (5 oz.) boneless skinless chicken breasts

1 egg, beaten

Directions:

Place French Fried Onions and flour into plastic bag. Lightly crush with hands or with rolling pin. Transfer to pie plate or waxed paper.

Dip chicken into egg; then coat with onion crumbs, pressing firmly to adhere. Place chicken on baking sheet.

Bake at 400°F for 20 min. or until no longer pink in center.

Yum! If I can do this anyone can. Hint: It's really good with applesauce. Weird I know, but trust me.

  1. This seems like what I "cook" everyday along with kraft Mac and cheese.. Talk about addicting and really easy to make..Misconduct has serious competition from that stuff.
